Kaitlin Stephens,

BA, RHN, & MA in Counselling


Kaitlin completed her Masters of Counselling to become a Canadian Certified Counselor. Prior to her graduate studies, Kaitlin graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences with a minor in counselling. She also is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist,  having completed her certification at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2010.

Kaitlin has eight years of experience working with youth, adults, and families in community education, caregiving, and recreation settings. She completed her internship at The Adler Centre, which is a non-profit counselling clinic providing services for families, individuals, and couples.

Kaitlin works to attend to your experiences and emotions by using a combination of Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, and Holistic Self Care approaches. Kaitlin believes that you are the creator of your stories, so she tailors her approach to suite your needs and goals through collaboration and gentle guidance. The focus of Kaitlin's sessions is on you, but the process is built together.
